We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a wide range of options. The swimming pool was incredibly relaxing and the cleanest pool we've been to, with no chlorine smell. The spa was great, offering fantastic massages at reasonable prices. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the centre of town and on a hill with gorgeous views.
No negatives from this place.

Gorski Burger, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. The location was adjacent to everything we wanted to do...

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff is very attentive and the service provided is top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have a standard design but are well-maintained, and the breakfast options are satisfying.

This hotel has a great location, right in the centre of town. It's so convenient to have everything nearby. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice, standard design, ensuring a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of our stay were absolutely fine.

The hotel had a nice modern design and the rooms were clean with a standard layout. The spa and pool facilities were enjoyable, with friendly staff and good services available. The location was also convenient, not directly on the main street but still close enough for easy access. it was a pleasant stay.
the fire safety measures seemed to be neglected as the fire doors were not fitted properly. the beds were quite small, not even 90 cm wide, which made for a less comfortable sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with a location that was right in the center and close to the city center. the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide range of delicious options. the swimming pool was also very relaxing, with no chlorine smell. the hotel had a great view and provided a relaxing experience for me.
I did find that the spa zone was a bit small.

The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after a day of hiking and the breakfast offered a great variety of food to suit everyone's taste. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center and hiking trails.
The shower pressure was weak and the lack of temperature control in the room made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. it would have been nice if the spa area was quieter and free from the noise of kids playing.
